Restraining Order Extended to August 31, 2008

Judge James G. Carr issued an order on July 22, 2008 extending the duration of the Temporary Restraining Order to August 31, 2008. This extension was agreed to by both the City of Toledo and the Midwest Retailers Association. View the Order Here.
